Hot Chicken Sandwiches for a Crowd

Ingredients

Cooked chicken - 1
White onion - 1 large
Cheddar cheese - 2 cups
Milk - 1 cup
Chicken broth - 1 cup
Procedure: The first step to prepare this recipe is to finely chop the large white onion and grate the cheese. Cut cooked chicken into small pieces. Then remove the crust of the bread slices and apply butter on one side of each bread slice. Take 12 bread slices and place them on baking dish with their buttered side facing downwards. Place chicken pieces, onion and grated cheese on these bread slices. Then slightly sprinkle salt and pepper over it. Later, place the remaining pieces of bread one by one. Cover these sandwiches by milk and chicken broth and use a foil to cover them. Store these sandwiches for an overnight and then bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Then remove the foil and serve with sauce.

Tea Sandwiches for a Crowd

Ingredients

Cucumber - 1
Butter - ½ cup
Pepper
Bread Slices - 20
Salt
Cream cheese- ½ cup
Mint leaves - ½ cup
Procedure: Tea sandwiches are some of the best finger sandwiches for a crowd. To prepare these sandwiches, first peel and cut the cucumber to form thin slices. Then rinse the mint leaves and chop them finely. In a medium-sized bowl, mix butter, cheese and chopped mint leaves. To remove the moisture from the cucumber slices, place them on paper towel. Spread the cheese, butter and mint leaves mixture on the bread slices. Place the cucumber slices on the buttered side of 10 bread slices. Then slightly sprinkle salt and pepper on these slices. Place the remaining 10 bread slices on the one with cucumber and then cut out the crust carefully with knife. Make small triangular pieces of the sandwiches by cutting them diagonally and serve them.

Roast Beef Sandwiches for a Crowd

Ingredients

Roast Beef - 1 pound
Large onion - 1
Garlic cloves - 3
Mushrooms - 1 small can
Flour - 3 tablespoons
Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
Onion powder - ½ tablespoon
Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon
Pepper and Salt
Bread slices - 20

Procedure: First, thinly slice the roast beef, onion and mushrooms. Then take a saucepan and boil the beef broth. Add sliced onion, minced garlic cloves, garlic powder and ketchup to this boiling broth. When the broth reaches to the rolling boil point, add sliced roast beef and take off the saucepan from the heat. With the help of slotted spoon, remove the roast beef slices from the broth after 2-3 minutes. Then place the saucepan again on high heat and gently sprinkle flour. Stir the mixture to avoid lump formation. Boil the mixture at low temperature for five minutes and add mushroom slices on the last minute. Butter the bread slices and place the roast beef on 10 slices and cover with remaining 10 slices. Pour the broth on these sandwiches and sprinkle salt and pepper.
