Mushroom Puff

INGREDIENTS

Maida-1/2 kg

Mushroom-250 gm

(chopped)

Onion(Big)-3

(chopped)

Red chillies-10

(chopped)

                To make the fillet,heat oil in in a frying pan.Add mustard seeds,Onion(Big),Red chillies and stir well.Then add Mushroom and stir for 10 mins.Add adequate salt and chilly powder.

              Make maida in the form of chappatis,add the fillet,close ends and fry in a frying pan for 10 mins.

Capsicum Puff

INGREDIENTS

Wheat-1/4 kg

Maida-1/4 kg

Beans-250 gm

(chopped)

Capsicum-250 gm

(chopped)

Onion(Big)-3

(chopped)

Green chillies-10

(chopped)

                   To make the fillet,heat oil in in a frying pan.Add mustard seeds,Onion(Big),Green chillies and stir well.Then add Beans and Capsicum and stir for 10 mins.Add adequate salt and chilly powder.

              Make Wheat and Maida together in the form of chappatis,add the fillet,close ends and fry in a frying pan for 10 mins.

Paneer Puff

INGREDIENTS

Maida-1/2 kg

Cabbage-300 gm

Cottage Cheese-200 gm

(cubes)

Butter-100 gm

Green chillies-8

                                  To make the fillet,heat oil in in a frying pan.Add ButterAdd mustard seeds,Onion(Big),Cabbage and Cottage Cheese and fry for 10 mins.Then add Green chillies and stir well. Add adequate salt and chilly powder.

              Make Maida in the form of chappatis,add the fillet,close ends and fry in a frying pan for 10 mins.

Special Chicken Puff

Turmeric powder-1/4 cup

                                                              To make the fillet,heat oil in in a frying pan.Add Butter.Add mustard seeds,Onion(Big),Green chillies and stir well. Add Chicken and stir well for 10 mins.Then add carrot and stir well.Add adequate salt and chilly powder.

              Make Maida in the form of chappatis,add the fillet,close ends and fry in a frying pan for 10 mins.

Special Egg Puff

INGREDIENTS

Egg-1/2 dozen

(boiled and sliced)

Raddish-250 gm

(grated)

                              To make the fillet,heat oil in in a frying pan.Add Butter.Add mustard seeds,Onion(Big),Green chillies and stir well.Add Raddish and stir well.Then add egg and stirwell Add adequate salt and chilly powder.

              Make Maida in the form of chappatis,add the fillet,close ends and fry in a frying pan for 10 mins.


Onion Puff

                              To make the fillet,heat oil in in a frying pan.Add Butter.Add mustard seeds,Onion(Big),Green chillies and stir well.Add Turmeric powder and stir again. Add adequate salt and chilly powder.

Onion Sandwich

                               To make the fillet,heat oil in in a frying pan.Add Butter.Add mustard seeds,Onion(Big),Green chillies and stir well.Add Turmeric powder and stir again. Add adequate salt and chilly powder.

                      Smear a thick layer of butter on bread and then place the Onion fillet.Fold at the middle and serve.

Potato Sandwich

                           To make the fillet,heat oil in in a frying pan.Add Butter.Add mustard seeds,Onion(Big),Green chillies and stir well.Add Turmeric powder and stir again.Then add potato and fry well. Add adequate salt and chilly powder.

                      Smear a thick layer of butter on bread and then place the Onion fillet.Fold at the middle and serve.

              Heat oil in a frying pan.Add Butter.Add mustard seeds,Green chillies and Pudina and stir well.Add Bread to it and mix well.Serve with Tomato Sauce.
