The first recipe is a nice light sandwich that is sure to wake up your taste buds.

Turkey-Berry Sandwiches

What you will need: 
2 cups of cream cheese, softened 
1 cup crushed cranberry sauce 
½ cup of almonds, slivered 
1 tablespoon orange peel, grated 
5 buns or croissants 
3 cups of lettuce or sprouts, shredded 
1 ½ pounds of grilled leftover chicken

To prepare recipe:

Blend the cream cheese, cranberry sauce, almonds and the orange peel together. Split the buns or croissants in half. Now take the mixture and spread on one side of the bun or croissant. Add sprouts and or lettuce and top with turkey on the other half of your bun or croissant. This recipe makes enough for 5 servings.

Curried Chicken Salad

What you will need: 
1 ½ cups of mayonnaise 
1 cup of plain yogurt 
2 tablespoons of real butter, softened 
2 tablespoons of curried powder 
½ cup of Major Grey's chutney, minced 
(Crosse & Blackwell brand recommended) 
4 pounds of chicken, cooked and torn into bite size pieces 
2 cups of celery, chopped 
1 cup of scallions, chopped 
3 cups of seedless red grapes, sliced

To prepare recipe:

In a large bowl mix mayonnaise, yougurt, butter, curry.

Powder and chutney. Once mixed add the turkey, scallions, celery and grapes. Mix all ingredients well. This recipe serves 12 people.
